Put the full url of your blog site along with the prefix http:// while you are submitting it to search engines, like - http://www.onlineearning.co.vu You will be required to fill up a form with your url and email address and sometimes with some other details of your site. Most services will automatically index your site. However others would require your confirmation through email. So check your email if they have asked you for confirmation.

Once your blog site is submitted to the search engines it would take few days for the search engine's crawlers to visit your site and index it on their list. From then on those crawlers or bots will regularly visit your site and would upgrade your site's details on their list.
